Finding your way back to your own individual natural flowing movement means, becoming aware of what is blocking the flow, dissolving these blockages as best as possible and then finally overwriting the evasive movements with new, more economical movement patterns.
The focus here is not on exertion or effort but on ease and joy of movement.
The key to a change is the constant repetition of these movement patterns…until your body automates and stores them as a new programme.
